Terms of Use
Effective September 3, 2026. These Terms apply to GoScript, provided by Sparkwell Studios LLC.
Using GoScript
By downloading or using GoScript, you agree to these Terms and Apple's applicable standard end-user license terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must use GoScript lawfully and respect other people's privacy, intellectual property, and other rights.
The service
GoScript is an iPhone teleprompter for writing scripts, rehearsing, scrolling text, and recording video takes. Features may change as the app improves. Voice follow depends on Apple Speech support for the selected language, device, network, and operating-system capabilities.
Purchases and trials
GoScript is free to download and offers optional purchases through Apple. The App Store purchase sheet displays the price, billing period, currency, taxes, and current eligibility before you confirm. Monthly and annual GoScript Pro products are auto-renewing subscriptions. Eligible new subscribers may receive a seven-day introductory trial when the App Store offers it. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and is not guaranteed for every account or territory. Lifetime is a separate non-consumable, non-renewing purchase; it is not a subscription.
Subscriptions renew unless canceled under Apple's terms, generally at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple's Subscriptions settings. Restore Purchases can restore an eligible entitlement. Billing, refunds, family sharing, and purchase disputes are handled by Apple under its rules.
Your content
You retain your rights to scripts and recordings you create. GoScript stores that content locally unless you choose to export or share it. You are responsible for backups and for having permission to record or use people, music, images, scripts, and other material in your content.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains local content storage, pseudonymous analytics and diagnostics, purchase processing, Apple Search Ads attribution, website analytics, and available controls.
Availability and warranties
GoScript is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every language or device, or that a recording will never be lost. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, Sparkwell Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. We may update the app or these Terms; a new effective date will identify material changes. If a change requires additional consent, we will request it as required by law.
