Acceptance

By downloading or using GoScript (formerly CuePilot), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

GoScript is a teleprompter application for iOS that allows you to write scripts, rehearse with an adjustable prompt display, and record video takes with a script overlay.

Subscriptions

GoScript offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("GoScript Pro") that unlock additional features. Key terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

User Content

You retain all rights to the scripts and recordings you create in GoScript. We do not access, collect, or claim any rights to your content.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use GoScript only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the app to create content that violates applicable laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

GoScript is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ty Horton / Tyrian LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GoScript.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
