GoScript Privacy Policy

This policy explains app data and this website's data separately. We do not ask for your name or email, and we do not upload your scripts or recordings to our servers.

2026-09-05 · Sparkwell Studios LLC

01

Voice follow uses Apple Speech. With your speech-recognition permission, audio is sent to Apple when on-device recognition is unavailable. Your saved scripts and video files are not sent for speech recognition. You can use automatic or manual scrolling instead.

02

The app creates a persistent pseudonymous ID and shares it across PostHog, Sentry, and RevenueCat to connect usage, diagnostics, and purchase status. It is not your name or email, but it means the data is linked to a user. Data may include product interactions, approximate location derived from IP, purchase history, and crash and performance data.

03

For Apple Search Ads attribution, the app may process the organization, campaign, ad group, keyword, ad ID, country, click date, conversion type, and attribution result returned by Apple. We do not read IDFA or track you across other companies' apps or websites.

04

This website uses one PostHog instance for page views and App Store clicks. Autocapture and session recording are off, storage is memory-only, and the script sets no persistent cookie. This website analytics is separate from app telemetry.

05

You can turn off Product Analytics and crash reports in the app's Settings. Apple and RevenueCat still process limited data needed to manage purchases. Email support@tyhorton.com for a privacy or deletion request; without the ID available on your device, our ability to locate pseudonymous data may be limited. Retention periods vary by Apple, PostHog, Sentry, and RevenueCat.
